Ceviche History
Ceviche is a Latin American recipe based on fish or other seafood item marinated in lemon juice served as an appetizer or meal. It is both salty and spicy, and as such it is eaten by adults more than children.
Most people agree that ceviche originated in Peru, but it is found throughout Latin America, especially in Peru, Bolivia, Ecuador, Colombia, Chile and all of Central America and Mexico.
